Bring on September!
Yeah you read that right, I am so ready for September already. Don't get me wrong summer is ok and I like some of the heat, like the way it has been. You know not to hot, but here is a big reason I really dislike summer. The Bugs! So my in-laws have been out of town all week and I was asked to feed the cats, get the mail and water my mother-in-laws garden. You may think that its not that bad but you are wrong. My mother-in-laws garden is the size of my house. I am being serious, it is huge! It takes me over an hour to water that thing. Don't get me wrong I am so happy to do it for her. I am surprised though that she trusted the garden in my hands. That garden is her baby! It is a very beautiful garden and I am so scared that I will kill all of it. I don't have a green thumb at all. But anyways I was up there watering and I looked down and there was a snake right at my feet. You may think aah it is just a innocent snake, and yeah your right but I had flip flops on and it scared the crap out of me. But back to why I don't like summer, the bugs. I swear that I looked like a blood bank to those mosquitoes last night. It was a nightmare. I swell up like a balloon where they bite me. It is horrible! So that's why I am so ready for fall.
At the top you will see my sweet little girl. All GIRL! As you can see she has taken possession of my purse. She always has it and puts it on her shoulder like your suppose to. It is so cute! I didn't teach her that either, cause I don't use purses.

It's a Boy!
Last night Buck, Nuttles and I went for a family bike ride. We went because we had to ware out our hyper active dog, Ceaser Millan said so. If you do decide to get a dog make sure you read his book first. Learn from my mistake! Anyways as we were riding around the neighborhood we see these two little girls about the age of 5 playing. They were yelling to another girl that there were no cars coming and that she could ride her skate board now. After she said this, one yelled out "A boy is coming!" And so the other girl runs down to see who this boy is. Well that boy is my husband! I have never laughed so hard. They were so cute getting all giggly over my husband and they were trying to show off for him. It was GREAT! Buck had no clue what to think. I got a kick out of that. And I got a kick out of you thinking that maybe we were pregnant, because you thought a boy was coming to our family. Right? GOTCHA! or maybe I didn't trick you and my plan failed. I will get you next time!

Yesterday was the last day of our vacation, well Buck's vacation. We ended it on going to the temple. It was so nice to be spiritually rejuvenated! We had a wonderful time! Nuttles spent the day with grandma and grandpa and they said that she was great and easy to watch, but that she never stops going. Oh how much of that is true. We we dropped her off at their place and Nuttles just waved goodbye to us and went about her business. She loves grandma and grandpa so much. When I put my mom on speaker phone so Nuttles can hear her, she lights up and gets so excited that grandma is on the phone. And when my mom tell Nuttles she loves her over the phone Nuttles always blows her kisses. I am so glad that Nuttles loves my parents and knows exactly who they are. She doesn't light up like that with anyone but them. Well I guess that is a lie! When she hears Buck unlock the front door when he comes home from work she gets oober excited and runs to the front door to greet her dad. Oh what a daddy's girl!

Just a bunch of animals!
What do we look like a bunch of animals? Yeah your right! Continuing the vacation excitement, I started the day out at Taco Time and then I continued onto the gym where I had 12 kids ranging from 3 months to 5 years of age, in a room the size of a large bathroom. That was exciting. Wasn't as bad as you may think. We had a couple of knock down drag outs but other wise no one bled, thank goodness. Then I proceeded home to find my husband and child working on the front yard. What was funny to me, was that Nuttles was in a onesy and briefs. ( like the briefs that go under dresses.) Sometimes I wonder how Buck dresses himself without help. It was cute, but I know that if I don't want her to go out looking like a homeless babe, I better dress her. We then went to Taco Time so Buck could do the food order again and this time we were only there for 45 mins. I then felt that we needed to do something fun as a family so we went to the wild life safari. It was to late to take the tour so we went to the petting area. Here are some shots of a cute little monkey and a couple of funny looking giraffes. Then we went to the area where the goats were and I will tell you, when goats talk they sound like a human yelling in agony. It was pretty funny. Not the human in agony part, but that a goat sounds like that. I thought it was funny at least! I guess I get a kick out of the littlest things and you probably had to be there to hear these goats. Then you will see Buck and Nuttles milking a fake cow. I know, crazy! Buck kept spraying her, so you can see that she doesn't find it as amusing as he does. For the most part this vacation isn't to bad! I am with my family and that's what counts.

This is how we vacation!
Today was a day in paradise. So Buck is on vacation right, and well I still have to go in and do my paperwork at the store and Buck had to put the food order in. Yeah we are still on vacation... Some of you might say, "Well why can't your sister put in the food order Buck?" and we would say "Have you met his sister?" Anyways couldn't trust her to do that. Oh now you will say, " If you can't trust her to put the food order in, then why are you trusting her with the store?" And then we would reply. "That is a good question!"
So Today we went to the store and then we went to Taco Bell. And yes we do go to the competition! We went to Taco Bell because Buck's Father wanted us to time the drive thru to see how long it takes them to take the customers order and then for them to receive there food. We timed about 15 cars, and I might add that they were pretty fast. Then we had to go to Taco Time to time their drive thru, and I will say that Taco Bell won. We sat at Taco Time for 2 hours to get 30 cars. 2 hours you say! Remember Buck is on vacation and his sister is running the store! Then we came home and tore up the front yard. We are trying to get the front yard looking fabulous. So we tore some trees down. It was kind of scary because as Buck was cutting the tree I had to pull the tree down with the truck. I thought the tree was going to hit me. But we did it! And that is how The Big B's spend there vacation. Top that! Oh and Bair!

A beautiful day at the beach!
We went to the coast today cause Buck decided to take a vacation this week and he said he needed to get out of town for a day. As you can see just to the top, my wonderful husband catching some rays. Also you may see him running in a few with his arms waving in the air. The reason for that was because we left our picnic spot to check out the water and well we under estimated the birds. So every few seconds Buck would start crowing. Yes you read that right, crowing and running and waving his arms up and down. It was quite funny, we got some strange looks. You will also see Nuttles down below with her arms up and heading for dad as he chases the banana bread thiefs.
When we first got there, we put Nuttles on the sand but she wasn't to sure about it and would head back to the blanket every time. What was funny is the water didn't even phase her. She loved it! She did get a little to use to the sand and it became a snack for her. She would put her fingers in her mouth and then dip them in the sand. It was quite interesting. We had a great time!

Maybe it's the name and not the color of my hair.
Jennifer Garner's Big Oops: Actress Locks Two-Year-Old Daughter in Car
Actress Jennifer Garner accidentally locked her keys in her Lexus while shopping this week in Brentwood, Calif., with daughter Violet. The real problem for Garner was when she realized the two-year-old was in the car, holding the only key. Panic set in, but not for long, as Violet was able to eventually follow Garner’s instructions on how to push the button to open the door.
Violet emerged victorious, clutching the key in her hand.
You see the same thing happened to Jennifer Garner, but her hair isn't blonde. She is a brunette. So I would have to say it is all in the name! So apparently it wasn't a blonde moment!

A day at the duck park!
Yesterday Nuttles and I went up to Eugene to see grandma and grandpa and we spent some time at the duck park. As you can see he was pretty interested in Nuttles. Who wouldn't be, she is pretty cute! I wanted to get a picture of them together but he kept making me nervous getting so close to her. We had a wonderful time! Nuttles wasn't feeling to well. She had a bad cough and a runny nose. Plus I was a little under the weather. I can't tell if we are sick or if we both have allergies. As you can see Nuttles isn't making a very happy face. She didn't get a nap all day. Not good!

I got nothin' for you!
The title says it all. It was quite an uneventful day. I did very little! But at least my kid didn't get locked in the car today or iron on 7 bunnies to the number 6. I did clean a little, exercised and watched a movie while folding laundry. I will say that anyone who hasn't seen "P.S. I LOVE YOU" should. It may look stupid like my mother put it. But it made me cry 3 times. Oh yeah and the "BUCKET LIST" that was ok. Anyways off to get some yummy yummy ice cream. Peace out as Buck would say.

Push the other button!
Started the morning as usual. Got up, got ready to head into work with Nuttles. Yes I do take Nuttles with me to work! I work at Buck's store with him in the mornings and do paper work. That is the perks of being in the family business, I can take my kid to work with me. Anyways, I go to put Nuttles in her car seat and I give her the car keys to keep her occupied. Can you see where I am going with this? So anyways I get her in her seat and I head to the front door to grab one last thing. Anything coming to you yet? Has I head back out and get ready to open the car door, I hear "click." Oh crap! Yeah you guessed right, she locked the car door with the keys in her hand and me outside. So has I stand there thinking to what it is that I am going to do, I realize that none of my neighbors are home, Buck is already at work and my kid is in the car with the house keys. A light bulb comes on! Grab your credit card Jen and pick the front door. (by the way I am really good at getting into doors with that. If you don't want to call a lock smith, Call me, Jen!) So back to getting the credit card, Oh wait but Jen those are in the car too! So I stand there and wonder what in the heck am I going to do while my child keeps hitting the lock button so the car beeps and beeps and beeps. Good thing my neighbors aren't home right. So I keep telling Nuttles "Push the other button." What am I thinking my child is one, she can't understand what that means. Then suddenly I realize my phone is in my back pocket. SWEET! I call Buck, to let him know what I did and I need him to come rescue us. So what can we learn from this? Alot! Oh yeah and I am still blonde! Another blonde moment? You bet! You also may want to keep a running tally of how many blonde moments I will have in one week!

The newest member to our family
Tricked you! As you can see the newest member to our family is Bair the dog. He is half lab, half shepard and all crazy! He is a very sweet dog but very hyper. If any of you are either deciding to get a dog or have another baby. I would go with having another baby. This dog is so much harder than Nuttles. My mother never let us have a dog growing up. She would always tell me how much work they are. She was right. Yes mom you read that right, YOU WERE RIGHT! There you go, listen to your mothers! Oh yeah get a cat.

Can we say "Blonde moment!"
So last night Buck and I headed into town to run some errands and I wanted to stop at Michaels the craft store. We walked around a little and I spotted this box that had everything in it to make a "Baby's first number book." It was so cute with little iron ons. So I got it for half off, that's a steal of a deal. So I decide to work on it last night so Nuttles could take it to church. I iron on all the numbers first. Yes I did read the directions if you must ask! So like I was saying I ironed on all the numbers first, and then it said to iron on the little animals that correlate with the numbers. I did that but apparently I didn't know how to count! If you look to the picture at the top you will notice the number 6 with 7 Bunnies. Oh my, how did that happen you say. Well I will tell you, but I don't have an answer for you so we will call it another blonde moment for Jen. Oh by the way the number 7 has six chicken's next to it!
